Woodwork & Bricklaying Skills

This part time Woodwork & Bricklaying Skills course aims to equip participants with the skills in construction, involving carpentry/woodwork and bricklaying.  In addition skills are provided in site setting out, concreting, plastering, rendering and woodwork joint construction.  The course takes place on Monday (10am to 2pm) or Wednesday (10am to 2pm).

Certification

  • FETAC (Further Education & Training Awards Council) Level 4 Component Certificate - Woodcraft, Bricklaying

Further Progression

  • Learners may combine modules to achieve a FETAC Level 4 Award.

  • Mature students (over 18s)
  • Formal qualifications not required
